Welcome to my website. I founded in my hypnotherapy practice in February 2009 after I trained at the AHH (Academy of Holistic Hypnotherapy) in Stockport, I am based on St Albans Road, Darwen, Lancs, serving the people of the local area: Darwen, Blackburn, Bolton, Burnley, Accrington, Preston etc.
I have found that my specialist areas are in confidence and self-esteem boosting, anxiety release, sleep disorders, phobias and weight management. I recently completed a comprehensive Hypno-birthing training session. I am flexible with my opening hours in order to better serve the people that need my help between 10am and 10pm Monday to Friday - home visits can be made by prior arrangement.
